Return Policy for Kitchen Appliances
At Nimjakitchen, we are committed to providing you with high-quality kitchen appliances that meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes products may not be what you expected. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return policy is here to make the process easy and hassle-free.
1. Return Window
- Standard Returns: You can return most kitchen appliances within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange.
- The product must be in new, unused condition and in its original packaging.
- If your return request falls outside of the 30-day window, please contact our customer support team, and we may be able to assist you with a solution on a case-by-case basis.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Unopened Items: If your kitchen appliance is still in its sealed, unopened packaging, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Opened Items: If the appliance has been opened but is unused and in its original condition, it may be eligible for a return or exchange. Please ensure all parts, accessories, and manuals are included.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors, you are entitled to a full refund or exchange within the return window. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item to initiate the return process.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Certain kitchen appliances may be non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons once opened or used. This includes, but is not limited to, items like blenders, food processors, and coffee makers.
- Customized or personalized products are also non-returnable.
4. Return Process
- Step 1: Contact our customer support team at flqoklpqoa@iubridge.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Step 2: Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number (RA#) and instructions for shipping the item back.
- Step 3: Pack the appliance securely in its original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, and parts. You must include the RA# on the package for proper processing.
- Step 4: Ship the appliance to the designated return address. Please note that you are responsible for the shipping costs for returns unless the appliance is defective or damaged.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
- If you would like to exchange an appliance for a different model, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you with the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
7. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Products: If the product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
- Non-Defective Products: For returns of non-defective appliances, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the appliance is returned under our “free return” promotion (if applicable).
8. Order Cancellation
